Yes, it would be nice if the rules would be the same worldwide. I can't understand why they are not!! This is sooo frustrating!!!
Well, I tried the RENT-All places in Edmonton but was told that they don't rent out DVD players any longer.Too expensive and just not feasible..Well, there goes my last hope..
