Hi, Kate...well, isn't that stupid of them! You'd think with a chain, the rules would be the same everywhere! What do they think...our friends in Canada and Scotland don't deserve the same service as those in the U.S.? Geeesh! Sorry you are getting such a bad deal from them. I hope they pay attention to the signatures, etc. But, of course, it soon won't matter to you, as you have an alternative plan now. Good on ya! Now if we can just get Rebecca fixed up!
