Then it is an interesting contrast to look at his personality 15 years later in "The Last of the Mohicans", or 17 years later in his one and only love affair in "The Pathfinder". He changes radically as a person as the books progress. This would also give us a chance to meet Chingachgook and Hist O Hist before Uncas was born.

I liked the chapter/mo. and posting on the board as a thread. Not sure about the content of the discussion. Maybe you could start us reading with a question...something to think about as were reading.
