: Too those who risked life, limb, pointy hat and feather, I would like to offer by deepest graditude for saving Old Crone. Mohicanland, I have learned, is a place that welcomes all who want to share in its bounty of fun, ideas, and loincloth fashions. Each individual is given respect, encouragement, and understanding. How wonderful it was to see all those from different kingdoms, races, creeds, and breeds, pull together to save just one of these individuals. AND in so doing, preserving Mohicanland for future newcomers to enjoy as I have done this past month. If there were a Mohicanland flag, I'd be waving it. If the were an anthem, I'd be singing it.

Aw, shucks, Dana, t'warn't nothin'. We go drag somebody outten the river about every two days lately. Howsever, I must agree when it comes to one of our own, we do tend to pull together!
As to that flag and anthem, it's a fine idea, and we'll put some thought to it. I know we can count on the Mohican Muses to come up with a patriotic song, allright; but then, since Betsy Ross is a little ahead of our time, I guess we'll have to find us a flag designer of merit with a sense of humor. And a national motto - surely we must have a motto. I think I can guess who will come up with a zinger for that! We got lots of imaginative folks here in the colony, iff'n we can keep the danged fools outten the water!
