Well, thanks again for the nice words!
Cave Creek is supposed to be nice to live at, it's one of the few AZ towns that has self-imposed restrictions on development, which many consider a great plus. This area has been growing so fast for years now that more and more residents are discontent about unrestricted growth. I think, areas like where we live in Chandler, with "cookie-cutter homes" as they say, may not be favored any more in a few years. The mayor of Cave Creek was a speaker at the same conference that I mentioned yesterday, and he sounded very reasonable.

Everything here is somehow in the greater Phoenix area, the whole valley is. Chandler is southeast of Phoenix and directly east of Ahwatukee. Cave Creek is still further southeast. The only minus there might be the long drive to the city, if that's where you would be working. The traffic is huge nowadays, everything is becoming more and more like L.A. here, and those who are looking for the old Arizona are moving further and further out into the desert.
