Very well spoken; (but then what else from a Mr. Cooper fan....) (Could have used a few more words; but then again; maybe the computer would have malfunctioned!) You are so correct; time to leave the "sad-sacks" way way behind; but only if they cease and desist on Rich and Elaine's email........
