Dear Rich,

Now I suppose you are going to try and convince us that them there shorts are government issue of the British Army!! In British weather? I think NOT!!

But hey! Nice photo!!! So glad it surfaced on the 'front' burner!! (OOoops, better not mention 'burners' in *Jeanne*'s hearing!!)
