Bill, where are you??

The wilderness is creeping farther and farther into Anchorage. Yesterday it was a grizzly bear. Today I came home from work to hear that a wolf had been in my next door neighbor's yard, sniffing around his house. He called Fish and Game who showed up 1-1/2 hours later. In the meantime, the wolf decided to attack a small bull moose who was grazing in the yard across the street. Deciding that was a lost cause, he went after several small dogs. The neighbors saved them by throwing rocks at the wolf. F&G finally captured the wolf after a 3 hour romp through the neighborhood. I know I kid about living in the wilderness, but I do live in a subdivision in a city of 250,000 people. We have lots of moose around all the time, but the rest of this is crazy. Now I keep hearing noises around the house and have to remind myself that they captured the wolf. Um...don't wolves travel in packs??
