Since we got our news regarding the DVD release directly from Michael Mann's office, I'd say put your money on 11/23. There was originally an earlier release date of October - probably hasn't been updated on those sites.

And yes .... this is basically the Director's Cut release. Added scenes were chosen/worked on with Michael Mann's input.

(Yes, yes ... we got it from the Mann!)
