Ring the bells, break out the champagne, and three cheers for Rich and Elaine, YOU'VE DONE IT! I'll be logging in to DVD Express faster than Hawkeye chased down the deer to order my copy! My only wish (as this wasn't good enough) that Michael Mann will provide a director's commentary to the movie. It's one of the neatest features about a DVD movie, to actually hear what the director was thinking when they filmed a particular scene.

Please don't fret Claudia, once you own a DVD you'll never want to go back to VHS movies again! No more fuzzy lines or parts that skip. The DVD players offer a zoom feature that will give you extreme close-ups (did anyone mention lacrosse and loincloths?!) Many stores sell quality players for under $300 dollars. I have heard rumors, but nothing officially in print, that says the industry will discontinue producing VHS movies and will sell everything on DVD within the next 3 to 5 years. Of course, until you can record a DVD, VHS tapes will still be around for many many years to come. Just consider all of this an early holiday present to yourself!
