Sure enjoyed the insights re my question ("Man without a cross"). Interesting thread from last August, Elaine. Just what I wanted to know. My sister first asked this question (she is reading the book now). When we couldn't come up with the answer to suit us, I told her I knew just the place to go! Of course, I wasn't disappointed. I'm printing out many of the posts now so she can read them. We'll bore everyone at our family get-together tonight; we'll be discussing the book, Cooper, the movie, DDL, etc., etc.
