: Dear Miss Marcia,

: You are so kind to let me bring this dear little stray kitten along.  She certainly seems to be healthy and sweet, although she is a little odd looking compared to the kittens I've seen in the past.  She has quite a dun tint to her fur, and her ears are a bit strange - rather round and flat than pointy and perky.  She has an unusual mewling cry, too, but perhaps that has something to do with her being orphaned so young.  She seems playful enough - loves to attack the rag rug I keep in front of the fireplace, and does the cutest growling and hissing when she discovers it doesn't move when she attacks it.  Really, she is the most personable thing!
