: Dear CT & DT,
: I've has been out this morning, and several mornings past, flyin' around on Ol' Purple, looking for the aforementioned Ponytail Man, and am most sorry to report back that I've seen neither hide nor (long)hair of him! I, too, have tried smoke signals. I've drunk many tankards of tea and consulted POUNDS of soggy tea leaves, to no avail. Even my crystal ball is absolutely blank, except for some little girl crying, "Auntie Em, Auntie Em!" ???
: What can this mean? Sassy is getting MOST distressed! Has ANYONE news of our MentorMan?

Madame Soothsayer, and my Esteemed Colleagues the CT and DT:
Can it be, in discussions regarding your search for Le Longue Cheveux (the Long Hair), you are referring to the FT? (One must remark, having just penned the above, how Alphatetically Linear we are: the CT, DT, ET, and FT!! Jolly clever of us, I do say!! I suspect the next Criteria for Membership in the Mohicanite Guild of Traders must be an Ability to Maintain Alphabetic Linearity.)
For one must point out that we have in our midst BOTH The PonyTail (Le Queue de Cheval) and Le Longue Cheveux (the Long Hair, aka the FT). These are, to be quite clear, different men. I believe the Former is at home awaiting his cher epouse. The Latter is (or has recently been), having ventured Northwards for Trading Purposes, at leisure amongst friends, in communicado, for I know from communications with FT that he has traveled far.
It is, naturellement, my sincere wish to provide assistance by sending this missive. I hope I have done so, as it is always my aim to please.
With best Regards, as always,
English Trader
