Actually, I DID really say it. That's pretty much it. A doofus is a nerdy jerk, and numpty is some Scottish slang for "dummy" or the like. That's really all there is to it, honestly. I wouldn't say anything much worse than that in a public forum, anyway. I'm MUCH too refined for that! ;o)
