Ya never know....Betty and I are planning (sorta) to get married this year, but then again maybe it will be next year.

And IF it was next year, and IF vacation schedules worked out, and IF my boys could be there (they have said they wanna be there if we (Betty and I) get married)....and IF they had the chapel done by the appropriate time, and IF it all worked into the same time as the Gathering 2000.........who knows?

Might be a good place to get married in surrounded by nice folks and beautiful scenery.....and what a wild bunch to celebrate the event with dancing around a bonfire......

Wonder if there is a bona-fide justice of the peace or minister amongst you?

It's a thought........like I said ya never know

: Mrs Carter of the Carter house at Chimney Rock told me that they plan to build a Wedding Chapel in the area soon. Wouldn't it be cool if we could get a minister to join the group or drag one along to the "Green Knob" so that couples could exchange or re-exchnage their vows?
