Director's Cut

I wish to dive into the director's cut discussion. I saw LOTM 26 times in the theater (from Oct 92 to Feb 93).

I saw it so many times for a wide variety of reasons:the scenery, the actors, the story.

From the beginning I know Mann cut scenes such as the developing story between Alice and Uncas, and I was not happy.

I will be delighted to sign any petition to Mann for a director's cut (which I have wanted for 6 years) to restore this beautiful film to it's original concept.
