I, too, was surprised at your statement regarding the availabilty, or lack of, of "Zulu Dawn." Not that I've ever really searched it out, though ... Can't recall ever seeing it on TV (I think it ran on PBS, years ago), but I had no trouble purchasing the video. That though was probably close to 10 years ago. It's on Trans World Entertainment (USA). Comes in one of those open up, plastic video cases. I have seen it, as Champ has, at video rental outlets, from time to time.

Anyway ... all you wondering what all the fuss is about ... Watch these films! Good stuff! No love stories (except in "Shaka Zulu", if you can call it that), but subject matter that is similar to LOTM, in many ways ... in a vastly different region.
