Late yesterday afternoon, a thunderous roar filled the air over Mohicanland, and the sky was momentarily darkened as the entire population of The Calm Bee Nation shaped itself into a flying boxcar and launched itself westward. Gore Bee, who is always arushin', hurriedly welded 2000 Worker Bees together in happy harmony to provide the newest version of the Bee 2000 engine to power the flight. The purpose of the mission, according to The Bee Holder, is to bring back the Pirate Bees and their golden honey mead, which is rumored to bee a staggering load.

Meanwhile, there is no word on the whereabouts of She Who Tracks and The Old Crone, who left the fort some weeks ago on a quest for the treasure of Captain Kidd. We fear the trip to the Glimmerglass may have ended unfortunately for our two adventurers, as Mingo unrest and various violent military set-tos in the Colony have rendered the peaceful wilderness a shambles in recent weeks. Any travelers or Indian runners with news of the two fools are asked to contact The Courier Editors.
