Nah, Gaylee...you're still on track. If my memory serves me correctly, Chingachgook never calls Uncas "my boy" in the movie. He does call him "my son," however, and refers to Hawkeye as his "white son." So, you were remembering from the book, after all, and just didn't realize it. Even MORE confusing, eh?
