Phoenix and reduced crime??? I'd love to believe that. I live in a Phoenix suburb where just last week, a police officer was buried who had been shot in the face when he entered the appartement of some small scale drug suspect (the kind of guy who in Europe would probably not have access to guns).
I didn't even know concealed weapons were okay here in Phx, so you say they are? Gee... But I guess that shouldn't surprise me since AZ is ultra-conservative and very into guns. As a result, every idiot and his mom have a gun here, and the favored object for target practice are the beautiful Saguaro cacti. Then of course, some prefer cats and dogs...
