Hi Ann,

you're welcome, and as you said, we probably all feel with these families. That shooting, Kosovo, the common thread: Lives taken, in a split second. A child you raised, a person close to you, from one moment to the next they are gone, just like that. As a parent, I can't even imagine how I'd feel. Probably like taking down the sky and tearing it into pieces.
