Bon soir et bienvenue! How lovely to be sharing 'guest spot' with you at Miss Marcia's little tea party on Saturday afternoon! I would not wish this little titbit of information to pass round all our new neighbours but... together, we shall surely help to create in our new Mohicanland settlement a little cultural centre, through our European society background, ie. more select eating habits! This rash talk of smoking the discarded tops of turnips would seem to be a most primitive idea of culinery repasts!!

However, the neighbours seem *very* neighbourly and I feel sure that we shall integrate most favourably with the other members of the community - though I have a strong 'gut feeling' we shall have to keep our eyes firmly peeled for that renegade Simon Girty! Perhaps *you* will be safe from his perloining paws - perhaps 'poupees' are not his 'bag'! One fervently hopes so!!

I look forward to meeeting wiz you and hopefully shall soon have ze pleasure of veesiting your shoppe!! (I am practicing my accent so that you may 'comprehend' me on Saturday!).
