4) CONFLICT (the war, the interpersonal conflicts, societal conflicts - there's tons of conflict in this book!)
My advice would be to look for the simplest ideas that are prevalent in the book, and the paper will write itself, as there are so many subtle points to the story, you can't go wrong.
