Wow! Miss reading the board for a while and all kind of things get posted! I realize this is old news, but I would suggest to Jean that perhaps we were put on this earth to teach her tolerance and understanding. Her life does sound hard, but I don't suppose her attitude helps the situation. Sometimes what you give out can affect what you get back, and a little tolerance never hurts.
My two questions. First, I am curious if those of you with children let them watch LOTM. I am pretty strict with the movies I let my children watch (and the tv for that matter). They kept asking to watch the movie because they had heard the CD over and over and they knew it was my favorite movie. I relented, and now it is their favorite movie. (They are 11, 9, 7, and 4 1/2.) I know that everyone has different standards, and I was just curious how those of you with children have handled the movie.
Second, a rather insignificant question, but what is it that Hawkeye yells back to Jack right after Hawkeye enters the fort with the Munro sisters? It is right before the other fellow runs up and says to them, "Thought you two weren't joining up?" And Hawkeye replies, "Just thought we'd check in and see how you boys is doing." I can't tell what he is saying!!! Any help would be appreciated.
Well, thanks for the help. Oh, a belated congrats to the proud parents of baby Isabella. I'm jealous. We'd love to have another baby.
