: : We do! Oh, I also didn't mean to sound as if I didn't like the John Wayne movie. I DO! It's great entertainment. I remember my father taking me to see that on the big screen when I was 8 years old back in 1960. Been interested in the subject ever since.

: : Well, it's been awhile since I've seen it, but, I love the character of Sam Elliott ... no matter who he plays, I just like his character. The movie was decent enough, a nice mini-history of the Texas War for Independence ... from Gonzales to Bejar to The Alamo to Goliad to San Jacinto. I liked it. Lainey says she disliked it, but what does she know?
