Well, how did you guess?!? Our next interview will be with the Huron Sachem, Mike Phillips! We are most excited! This past week, we have had 3 conversations with this man, totalling over 2 hours of fascinating and compelling anecdotes. This Tuesday night we'll be doing the formal interview ... you won't want to miss it. It'll be more than a LOTM interview, it will offer a deep look into the life of this interesting Mohawk elder. Good stuff!
On Friday, we received an autographed photo from Russell Means and that has been added to his interview page. Other than a few relatively minor adjustments, that's all that's new this week ... we've sort of gotten sidetracked by outside distractions.
Of course, the new endorsed Eric Schweig promo/info pages have been established (see URL below), and we've added a photo page since Friday. At this point, they are merely pictures we already had up on the Mask Pages, but that will change down the road a bit ...
A few more notes ...
The Search Engine on the Site re-indexes the Site every morning about 6AM EST. Thus, if we make changes or re-shuffle pages, the index might not reflect that until the following morning.
Oh, this Gathering! Reservations continue to arrive and our group is growing nicely. There's no danger of not getting a movie theatre ticket at this point, but if you want to stay at the Bunkhouse you had probably better act quickly. I am looking forward to this event even more than I was last year, if that's possible. It's going to be a good one!
AOL users ... please see my post of yesterday if you're having problems. Contrary to a claim made last night, it is NOT a matter of us deleting your messages. Throughout the past 2 years I have made reference to this problem; I have E-Mailed many of those having troubles personally and guided them through the process. Again, it's a matter of the anti-whatever-it-is-they-are-anti Faction's continued ability to only see what they want to see. Raven (no part of this affair, by the way), who totally disagreed with my point of view, was one of those who had trouble posting. Ask her who helped her learn the process so that she could provide a rebuttal to my viewpoint. Enough, already! We have no problem with any opposing viewpoints as long as it is a sincere & honest attempt. If you want to spread lies, we'll do what is necessary to set the record straight.
Happy Trails, all! We'll do what we can to have the Mike Phillips Interview ready to upload next time around!
