: Champ,
: The coureur du bois joining in on an attack with natives wasn't an uncommon or strange thing in the F&I. For instance during braddocks defeat James smith a captive of the french noticed the french leaving Fort Du quesne mixed with their native allies. Also the party that attacked and killed mary jemmison's family was a mixed french/shawnee war party.

Siyo Nathan,
Wado for the info. I was aware of the mix nature of raiding parties, actually the message was more about noticing the French Coureurs de Bois in the film, the scene is filled with so many extras & actions that I was wondering if anybody else had picked them up?
Now the question remains, if Mann had enough historical sense to include them, why werent there any Rogers' Rangers at the fort?? ;-)
Thanks again for your info,
"Champ"
