If you're sure that I can't talk you into some good ol' RM Oysters the Arapaho make great buffalo pemican! Ouray is down in the southwest part of the state--well, where the state of Colorado WILL be in a hundred years or so anyway! I run the Colorado Cooper Camp out of Boulder which is up north a bit. But keep in touch and let me know if you'll be passing through! :)
