: : When I said "cooperative health care" I was envisioning nothing less than "total cooperation" on the part of the victims...er, patients, after your tender ministrations.  Makes for a much happier...not to mention submissive...local population.  And I agree with your assessment of the, as you so aptly put it, "Frontier Feebs" (excepting Nate...whom I would happily consider employing as a really personal assistant...and Kristin), but would respectfully suggest that instead of chucking them down the well  (why spoil a perfectly good well?)we consider a solution more akin to their worth and much more environmentally sound...one word...compost.
