Gathering ... in 2002 ... numbers, so far

Here are the "steps," for those who appear unclear:

1. Send us a form mail, located on this site, indicating your intention to attend.

2. At that time, you should have selected your choice for dinner at Spirits on the River, on Thursday evening, and e-mailed that choice to Ann Colby. In addition, let her know of your intention to participate in the competition.

3. You also need, at that time, to e-mail Ros Haddon if you will be staying at the Geneva this year (in Chimney Rock Village - our group lodging facility). Please, let her know of any raffle items you intend to donate.

4. Jayne Langan needs to hear from you if you'll be donating to Ariel's Auction.

5. Once you are ready to mail payment, fill out & print the form found at the GATHERING RESERVATIONS page. Pay for only what you'll be attending, but do so all in one shot: Chimney Rock Park, Bill Miller concert, whitewater rafting, & movie ticket.

6. Order your GATHERING T-SHIRT.

That's it ...

Remember, we'd LOVE to have you! Deadline is May 20!

At the moment, we have 52 folks stating that they're coming - not all are paid up, yet. Of those 52, one will not be attending the movie, so we still can offer 24 seats.
