So here's a picture of Jodhi's bad hair day. Falls. Yes, looks like.

At least she's showing a bit of spirit here.

The question is: Is her pique related to her captivity, or to the state of her hair?

Those Hurons look like their minds aren't entirely on business...

To get back to the canoes for a moment (the subject of this thread;), I'm afraid you may have a point.

The best I've been able to come up with so far is this:

"The largest movie set ever built east of the Mississippi was the six million dollar reconstruction of Fort William Henry. On a bluff overlooking Lake James, between Marion and Morganton North Carolina, the 160,000 square foot fort was a virtual museum of frontier America. Medicine jars of the period, blackened cooking pots, and stacked muskets attested to the attention paid to historical accuracy. Most of the props: handmade uniforms and shoes, birchbark canoes, and woven baskets were made by local craftspeople." --From the live link below.

: : The big ones.

: : Anyone know who made them?

: How are you going to find out who made the canoes when you can't even find out who did Jodhi's (Alice's) hair? Seems like some tough "Sherlock Holmes" work. (Just trying to be funny, not mean.)
