: Rob, did you know that many of the Muzzleloader clubs offer cash prizes for their competition shoots? I expect the MacLeod to EARN back the cost of his gun! And of course there are those fabulous prizes that will be awaiting the winners of the 2002 Great Mohican Gathering Games!

Good point Ann! At my club's shoot last month, one of our members won $80 during a pole shoot. Granted, that's not a lot of money, but hey... it's all in fun (bragging rights) for the most part. By the way, the gentleman who won the money is 80 years old! I hope I can still shoot that straight when I'm that age.
