More Gathering Considerations...

Hi there. I found that there are Greyhound buses going from my hometown of
Silver Spring, Maryland to Asheville, NC. Perhaps I can go down Tuesday
before the gathering. How could I find someone to meet me in Asheville and
drive with them to Chimney Rock (I cannot currently drive)? What would be
the best way to coordinate?

Also, re: the Nolichucky rafting vis-a-vis the sabbath, I would want to be
back at my motel/hotel/whatever by 7:30, to be safe. Could that be
coordinated with a group member?

I must regret that I will be unable to see the film, as the sabbath is not
over until nearly 9:30.

[Sorry about any inconvenience which might result from these
restrictions; I just wanted to celebrate LOTM w/ similar admirers, if
possible. I plan to fully participate in the rest of the Gathering.]

Finally, let me again put in my vote for Linville Gorge for Sunday. Why
don't you poll the Gathering members as to their preference?
