Aye, Scott...I agree (as a good Lutheran!!) that Halloween, being the eve of All Saint's Day, is a night to show the Devil that he has no power over us....that we laugh...HA HA HA....in his face....and we dress as spooks and ghouls and demonic beings for this reason.....But, at this time....in my opinion....it is exceptionally bad taste to portray a real life bastard devil.....AND, I even have problems with certain dead bastards, like Adolf......Dressing in ghoulish costumes, spooks, etc. to laugh in evil's face is enjoyable...HA HA HA.....but not when that evil has recently caused so much sadness and destruction in our country.
