: : You know, had we removed this Board back at the peak of its hey-day, let's say mid-'98, it would have been remembered as a smashing success. Wait a bit and take it down at a low point, maybe its not remembered quite so fondly.

: : People leave here all the time. When I decided to leave, and took the Board down at a period when it wasn't really up nor was it really down, I got the cold shoulder from a few who decided I could go to hell; the whole thing got twisted into something it wasn't.

: I'm not sure what brouhaha you're referring to.  Not long ago, I underwent emergency surgery and haven't been posting much anywhere.  I have tried, when I could, to look in on the board to try and keep up with things, but it hasn't always been easy.

: Congratulations, however, on your son's upcoming wedding.  My daughter recently became engaged, but no date has been set yet for the wedding, thank goodness.  I'm happy she's engaged and looking forward to getting married, but I won't be ready to plan a wedding for awhile yet..LOL!

: Don't get discouraged about the board, folks return.  This is just such an upsetting time right now for everyone.
