I don't want to get into a word battle here, you can understand, I'm sure, that things are somewhat tense and we get a little sensitive when our world has been blown to bits and our patriotism is called into question.

: And it seems to me this writer in this Romanian newspaper has quite a way with words. And it seems to me that Romanians and some other Eastern Europeans might have a special perspective in looking on a country that has many precious freedoms, considering they were without them for so long. The writing is a little flowery, but I appreciate the man or woman's sentiments. Considering what his country has been through -- anybody here remember Ceaucescu? 
: As an American, and one with a great deal of Eastern European blood in me as well, I enjoyed these words.
