Elaine and Rich,

My deepest thoughts and prayers are with you and all the folks who don't know the exact condition of their loved ones and friends. That, in itself, is SUCH a terror! Praying that Domenick is safe, but knowing his life will forever feel the ramifications of this day, as will many, many other survivors of this tragedy.

Our Medical Center here in eastern NC has been designated to accept victims if need be from the Washington, DC area. I never dreamed it possible that a human caused disaster could be of such a scale that victims would have to be sent states away for care from such an unthinkable event. All facets of this tragedy are truly overwhelming!
