: I loved seeing the picture of you and Elaine from many years ago and thank you for posting the articles. I have just printed them off and will read them during my afternoon rest. It would be incredible if our government gave these people back their land, just as the Canadians gave some of the land in the Northwest Territories back to the Inuit. It would be a great step in the healing process, for the wounds carried through the generations.

I don't think it'll ever happen, as so much is in private hands. It would be good to see Bear Butte and some of the other government land returned, though. We can hope!

Selo gave me a lot more than that!!! I am fortunate! 1987-88 were very special years in my life, largely because of him & Jake Little Thunder.
