Diane,
I've read this and "Dawn on a Distant Shore", the second in the series. Both are wonderful reads and I am anxiously awaiting the third which is due out around Christmas time. Many of Sara's fans desperately want her to do a prequel to "Into the Wilderness" and she has indicated that may be in the works. Thanks for reminding me of this book. I think I'll pull it off my shelf and give it a reread!
