Finished (?) ... At Last!

Well, ok, we MAY add a picture or two, and we MAY add another video clip some day, but really!, by & large, one month after the 2001 Gathering, I think we've finally finished our 2001 Gathering run-down. Hopefully, it serves two purposes ... a great trip down recent-memory lane for all who were there, and a wonderful glimpse into what you missed if you weren't! I know we're done, for I FINALLY brought the LOTM playset I had on display into the house from my car ... hard to let go, I guess! It was a great Gathering. Thank you for the videos, photos, quotes, gifts, and memories. With a preview of what may be in store for 2002 already up, me thinks we'll let it lay for a bit ... digest it all!

This weekend is the weekend of the Highland Games up at Grandfather Mountain here in western NC. Several Mohicanites are there right now ... Diana, Cecelia, Christina ... and what a weekend they have! The skies are clear & blue & the temperature! Well, it feels more like early May than mid-July! Perfect!

Time for us to turn our attention to other things ... like finishing (maybe? finally?) our Companion Guide & revamping this Web Site a bit.

Oh ... and does ANYONE notice the "This Day in History" applet on the Board? Not too long ago, there was a headline about the first bikini ... nary a comment. Wait till they put up the first loincloth, I guess ... Just goes to show, all the gentlemen here are gentlemen!
