Making contact with the outside world

I am coming on the board to try to make contact with the outside world....that part of it that matters anyhow.

For the last three days I have been having ISP problems again. Of course I am. @home.com doesnt maintain techies over holidays. And now that the techies are back, they seem to be making things worse, not better.

I might as well be sending messages by courier guided by one called Magua.

What is really frustrating is when your entire connection goes, you have NO contact. No email, no browser, no ICQ NO way to connect.

WHY do we put up with these damn computers anyway? Oh yeah, I know. Because if not for computers and internet, there'd be no mohicanpress website, and no Gathering, and no friendships formed which have become most important to me.

I guess I will suffer stoically then. Yeah right. Listen to me screaming like Duncan being hauled into the flames!

AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I'm going before I am disconnected again. sheesh.
