: : Well... 'When I think of Mohicanland...', I'm thinking of the two of us giggling, Marcia trying to get us to shut up by saying 'that's probably the shut-up horn' and you desperately looking for a piece of paper so that you can jot down all those new phrases you liked so much!! :o)
: : 'When I think of Mohicanland...', I think of meeting all the loved and familiar faces that represent Mohicanland to me and getting to know and love all those wonderful new people who have 'moved in'.
: : 'When I think of Mohicanland...', I think of the most beautiful mountains, shady woodlands, and how lucky we are to have that precious clear water to quench our thirsts...
: : 'When I think of Mohicanland...', I think of those beautiful horses running like the wind, glad to be free at the end of their working day...
: : 'When I think of Mohicanland...', I'm sitting around a campfire, folks talking around me, drinking 'Ping' and thinking how nice it is to be with good friends...
: : 'When I think of Mohicanland...', I get to thinking how I'm gonna be more prepared for the next one! I'm gonna have everything done in time, not take so much stuff with me, I'm gonna be organized...
: : Thanks for reminding me, Christina!

Well, Davey, man, it kinda WAS pretty shallow and whin...
Hey! I too had to take some 'sick leave' for an afternoon and a bit'... but I was trying not to remember - or to sound shallow and whin...
Hey Davey, we all have things that we remember. I remember sun, trees, mountains, and yeah, the Death March... but that reminds me of how good shade feels and iced water tastes. I remember sitting with friends... You remember that for once, you were TOLD NOT to get dressed up in these hot, wollen duds, or to carry around those heavy rifles and pack... doesn't seem like such a strange thing to remember, in the circumstances!!
