: On July 7, the History Channel will be airing a special produced by Native Sun Productions entitled "Boone & Crockett: The Hunter - Heroes." The two hour documentary features a real 'who's who' among historians, re-enactors, authors, etc.

: Described as a "down to earth type of storytelling," the Crockett/Boone drama features the contributions of historian/artist David Wright (a few of you know who HE is), rifle maker Frank House (a few of you know who HE is), Michael Martin Murphy (you know, right?), and in the role of Davy Crockett? None other than Mark A Baker (a few of you know who HE is, too!).

: Do catch this one. It promises to be quite a good production.

Thank you so much for the heads up on that. We'll be sure to watch (and record). I caught a very interesting program on public tv last night hosted by Emilou Harris. It was called Great Streets and featured the Royal Mile in Scotland. Thought of Kate and the MacWilliams. Sorry I didn't know in time to inform you all.
