Sara Donati's LOTM "sequels"

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but you guys have so many messages it's hard to find out!

There is an author, Sara Donati, who has written two "sequels" to Last of the Mohicans. They are historical fiction novels, and they focus on Hawkeye and Cora's son, Nathaniel. (Hawkeye in her books has the white name of Dan'l Bonner.)

The first is called "Into the Wilderness" and the second, which just came out this month, is "Dawn on a Distant Shore".

Being an avid reader of JFC since I was 10, I was a little unsure of these books... but my mother, who first read me Last of the Mohicans at night, assured me they were worth the read. And they are!

I do have to warn some of the more sensitive people: these are historical fiction, but they are also romance novels.

They are a wonderful read.
