: Some good ideas there John.  One thing to remember is that even though they say it was the final gathering - final is only a word.  They will be saying final at every gathering from this one until the one where they are complaining about there not being enough wheelchair access to the sites.  No one (as far as I could tell) ever really intended to have this as the final gathering!!!
