Who is Sara Donati?

After reading half of Into the Wilderness, I have pretty well come to the conclusion that Sara Donati and Diana Gabaldon are one and the same. The flavor is the same and the writing, well, only Diana writes like Diana. And did Sara get permission from Diana to insert Ian Murray, Claire Fraser and her giant Scot husband into her books, or was there perhaps no reason to do so since she didn't need to ask herself?

Has anyone else thought this or am I totally off track? And if so, how is it that their writing is so identical in style? Are they related some other way, or did Diana teach Sara to write the way she does?

Just curious about this web page too, since it's almost exactly like Diana's old one. Same webmaster, huh? Pretty fishy, I'd say! But who knows? Maybe you all have known this all along and I'm just slow in picking up on this new series.

I'd love a comment on this just to clear it up for me.
