Well, after downing plenty of liquid and capsulated anti-cramp medicine, and drinking coke, and dry toast etc, I have enjoyed an hour free break from the throne. Hopefully I have turned the corner? And will be cramp-free for the flight tomorrow to join everyone in Mohicanland. If y'all see me digging a private outhouse behind the back 40, you will know why. Hands off - it's MINE!

: Gnome made the mistake of eating too many Oreos last night. Gnome is sick. Gnome is SO sick. I am PMS'ing terribly. I've read at least two books during the time I have been on the throne since morning.

: I feel wiped out and dizzy, crampy, etc etc. Figures this would happen NOW. Been good for a year with no friggin colds, flu, etc.
