Holy-fer-jumpin-up-and-down-Martha.... JFC had a vocabulary on him. I'm reading LOTM now, Natty isn't as freakishly verbose as in his younger days in "Deerslayer", but he uses words that the Movie's hero would never condensend to grunt.
