I just wanted to be sure no one got the idea that anything Bilious would come from MY downhome kitchen...bad for business, doncha know.  I prefer that folks associate only savory, delicious concoctions with MY handiwork.  But now that it's all straightened out, why I'm right as rain!  And I knew ALL ALONG that you really knew the difference between me & my EVILE twin, Dearie.  I just wanted to set things straight, for the RECORD, more or less.
