: Sunday April 1st, 1759
: Raestown Cemetary
: A smaller than expected crowd attended the funeral this afternoon. The members of the Stockade outnumbered the townfolk almost two to one. The Tavern Keeper and his wife stood silently as the casket was lowered into the ground. Privates MacCrimmon and MacFarlane played the pipes, and Drummer Armstrong accompanied where fitting. If it were not for the Regiment, there would have been no music at all. No one offered a hymn, and only one prayer was given by the local Vicar.
: Rain had started to fall just before the scheduled time of the ceremony and continued most of the day. The Service was simple and lasted for only a few minutes. The casket was lowered as the Pipers broke the silence. No gravestone has been erected as yet, only a small wooden Cross stands at her head.
: Pam, the Tavern Keeper's daughter, has benn properly buried in the cemetary of Raestown.
: God Bless Her Soul........
